If I could rate this moving company zero stars I would. My mom recently had to make an unexpected move to Grand Rapids and she is stubborn about getting help, so I said I would pay for a mover to help her unload the truck. I called Micheal the Mover on Sunday for last minute help unloading a truck the following Friday (today). I knew this was a short turn around and there is a chance that I wouldn't be able to find help, which was fine.

Michael called me on Tuesday. After our talk he said he would be more than happy to help with this move. I needed to find someone to unload 50 boxes. He quoted me at $100, if I could write a yelp and google review, which was fine. He seemed very nice and I really appreciated him taking this last minute request. I was more than happy to write a review to share my experience. He said he would send me the official quote to my email and I would give him the address and other details in response.

Then I never heard from him again. I never got an email. I thought maybe he miss heard the spelling of my email and so I called him on both Wednesday and Thursday. I left messages both times but still never heard anything back.

I understand that stuff happens and something might have come up to where he could no longer help in the move. That would have been fine if he just would have communicated that to me.

I will make sure to tell anyone I know in the GR area never to use this company.
