Michael and I had been in communication while I was waiting to hear a for sure move-in date from my landlord (which was taking forever). I finally heard from my landlord on Wednesday that I could move in Friday. I let Michael know and he was on it! He got me set up for a move in that Friday only two days later - during COVID at that! I then had some things come up so I knew Friday wouldn't work and he was happy to move it to Saturday Morning. Michael and Taio arrived at my ground level one bedroom home in Byron Center at 11:30am, all of my stuff (about 15 boxes which were HEAVY so sorry guys!!, a sectional, queen bed, TVs, etc.) was in that moving truck and on the move by 11:48am! My new apartment was downtown GR, 4th floor, with little access to an area to park and bring in my items.. even so, they still got all of my items upstairs with a couple trips in the elevator. Michael and Taio were paid and on their way at 12:50pm !! LESS THAN TWO HOURS - the minimum pay is 2 hours (with very cheap rates might I add) but I was happy to pay that and then some for how speedy they were. Looking in all of our boxes, that speed didn't end up with anything broken, and for that I will definitely be using Michael the Mover again! (:
