Movers want to start loading with large furniture, like dressers. Often times, the pathway to a dresser is blocked by boxes. We’re happy to start with boxes, but many people hire us because of the heavy items!
Large bicycle boxes are a great way to transport several framed items together, and most bike shops are happy to give them away
Drain anything that contains liquids (Lawnmowers, coffee makers, dehumidifiers, etc)
We may be strong, but we’d rather be smart. That said, never pack a box heavier than you can lift.

The tools our crews carry are the essentials. If you know that any of your items require special tools, please be sure to keep them on hand for moving day.
If your move involves elevators, please reserve it for the day of the move. Additionally, if any key fob or access codes will be needed, please pass these along on moving day.
For areas that have shared or community parking, please be sure to alert the building and/or reserve an area that is closest to the building for ease of loading/unloading.
